Abubuwan hadawa

  1. Dafaffen nama da soyayyen nama
  2. Alayyaho da yakuwa (ki wanke da gishiri ki sa a colender ya tsane)
  3. Markadadden gyada (irin na kunun gyada)
  4. Albasa
  5. Grated tarugu da albasa
  6. Maggi da gishiri
  7. Kayan yaji (spices)
  8. Manja da man gyada

Yadda ake hadawa

  1. Ki sami wukanki ki yanka dafaffafen namanki kisa a gefe
  2. Sai ki dauko gyada ki kisa mata ruwa ki dama ta, itama ki ajiye a gefe
  3. Sannan kisa tukunyarki akan wuta kisa manja da man gyadarki
  4. Sai ki dauko albasa kisa, amma ki soya shi sama-sama
  5. Yanzu sai ki dauko namanki da kika yanka kisa aciki ki soya sama-sama
  6. Sai ki dauko grated tarugunki kisa aciki sannan ki juya
  7. Ki kawo Maggi da curry da kayan yaji (spices) ki sa
  8. Bayan haka, sai ki kawo soyayyen namanki ki sa sai ki juya
  9. Sai ki tsaida ruwa kadan ki rufe tukunyarki na dan wani har sai kin ji ya fara tafasa
  10. Sannan sai ki dauko ganyen ki kisa aciki ki juya ki rufe shi na dan wani lokaci
  11. Ki dauko gyadarki (wanda kika dama) kisa aciki, sannan ki juya miyarki ki sake rufewa ki barta na dan wani lokaci
  12. Daga karshe, sai ki sauke miyan ki

Zaki iya ci da couscous (kamar yanda kika gani a hoto) ko kuma da tuwon shinkafa ko semo da makamantansu.
