Abubuwan hadawa

  1. Tafasashshe shinkafa
  2. Dafaffafen nama (ki yanka kanana)
  3. Kwai
  4. Man gyada
  5. Cucumber (ki yanka kanana)
  6. Kayan kamshi
  7. Tarugu (ki jajjaga)
  8. Maggi
  9. Albasa (ki yanka)
  10. Ganyen ugu (ki yanka)
  11. Lawashi (ki yanka)
  12. Kabeji
  13. Tumatur

Yadda ake hadawa

  1. Da farko ki dauko kabeji, tumatur da albasa ki yanka su kanana ki wanke da vineger (za ki zuba ruwan vineger kadan a ciki ruwan wankewar) ko ki sa gishiri kadan sai ki wanke ki tsane a matsani. Ajiye a gefe.
  2. Dauko kwan ki fasa a kwano sai ki dauko albasa da gishiri kadan ki sa ki juya. Sai ki daura non stick pan akan wuta kidan diga butter ko man gyada idan ya danyi zafi sai ki zuba kwan a ciki ki rufe nadan wani lokaci sai ki juya ki juya (sai ki yi scrambling) idan ya yi sai ki ajiye a gefe.
