Masar shinkafa na daga cikin abincin gargajiya da Hausawa ke yawan ci musamman a lokutan karin kumallo ko abincin rana. Ana yin masar shinkafa ne da farar shinkafa ko shinkafar tuwo tare da ruwa da sauran kayan kamar su sukari, kindirmo, yoghurt, yeast da sauran su domin samun abinci mai daɗi da gina jiki. Wannan abinci yana da sauƙin shiryawa kuma yana da amfani ga yara da manya.

Akwai hanyoyi da dama da ake bi wurin sarrafa masa. A yau na zo maku da wata sabuwar hanya da na tabbatar ba kowa ne ya san ta ba.

Abubuwan bukata:

1- 4 cups farar shinkafar tuwo

2- 1/4 cup surfaffen waken soya

3- 1 tablespoon yeast

4- 1/4 cup sugar

5- 1 tablespoon salt

6- 1 large onion

7- 1 cup oil for frying

Yadda ake yi:

1- Ki jika shinkafa na awa shida ko kuma da dare zuwa safiya. Sai ki wanke ki tsame daga ruwa. Ki zuba gishiri, sugar, waken soya (wanda kika surfe), albasa, sai yeast.

2- Sai ki kai a markada. Ko kuma ki amfani da original blender irin ta Silver crest mai kyau wadda  take markada komai.

3- Sai ki debi kadan, ki zuba ruwan zafi kadan ki dama lamar kunu. Sannan ki juye a ciki.

4- Daga nan sai ki lullube shi ruf ki ajiye a wuri mai dumi. Zuwa minti arba’in ko awa daya ya tashi.

5- Sai ki dora masa pan dinki a kan wuta ki zuba mai. Idan ya yi zafi sai ki zuba kullun masar. Idan kina soya masa kika ga ba ta yin wannan duhun to ki dan zuba sugar makimanci shi zai sa ta yi kalar haka.

6- Daga nan sai ki serving da abin da kike so. A nan na yi serving ne da kuli-kuli

7- Nan kuma na yi serving da pepper soup din naman kan rago.

Za’a iya cin sa da lemun zaki, shayi mai zafi, kunun gyada ko duk abinda ake so aci dashi.
