Kamoniya wani nau’in abinci ne mai daɗi da ƙamshi, wanda aka fi sani da miya ko farfesun kayan ciki da ake yi da naman sa, hanta, ko hanji .
Wannan abinci ya samo asali ne daga ƙasashen Arewacin Afrika (kamar Sudan da Tunisiya), amma ya samu karɓuwa sosai a Arewacin Najeriya musamman ta bangaren bare-bari, inda ake sarrafa shi daban da na Larabawa.
Yanda ake sarrafa kamoniya ya danganta da yanki, wato salon yammacin Afrika daban da ta Arewacin Afrika. 11- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Yadda ake yi:
Idan kina so ki samu kamoniya mai dadin gaske mai kayatarwa, ki bi wadannan matakan masu sauki.
1- ki wanke naman ki ko kayan cikin tas, ki zuba dandano da gishiri, sai ki zuba multipurpose seasoning, curry, and nutmeg. Idan kina da pressure cooker ko Toti potent pot ma yafi sauri da saukin dahuwa a lokaci kalilan.
2- sai ki zuba ginger and garlic paste, mixed spices, parsley, and bay leaves.

3- Sai ki zuba jajjagen kayan miya da albasa wanda kika yi. Zaki iya amfani da chopper idan kina sauri.
4- Sai ki zuba ruwa wanda zai iya dafa naman. Ki rufe ki bari ya dahu tubus.

5- Idan ruwan ya tsotse ya rage saura kadan, Sai ki kawo mai ki zuba ki bar shi a bude.

6- Zaki san ya dahu idan ya fara futar da mai ya kama jikinsa, shi ke nan sai ki sauke.

7- Kiyi serving din shi da zafinsa.

8- Ana iya cin Kamoniya da abubuwa da dama kamar tuwon shinkafa ko tuwon masara, Shinkafa fara da aka dafa ko gurasa ko biredi.
9- Haka ma ana iya hada ta da lemun zaki sanyayya
