Mu koyi yadda ake gashin tsokar kaza da kifi cikin sauki. Wannan recipe ne na alfarma, uwargida ki gwada ki bamu labari.

Abubuwan hadawa

  1. Tsokar naman kaza ko tsokar kifi
  2. Kayan kamshi (habbatussauda, busashshiyar na’a-na’a, garin thyme, da maggi)
  3. Mai

Yadda ake hadawa

1 Idan ki ka bi yadda muka koyar da gashin tsokan sa, za ki iya amfani da wannan tsarin domin gashin tsokar kaza, da kuma tsokar kifinki!

2. Kaman yadda ki ka gani a hotunan na farko naman kirjin kaza ne, wato tsoka zalla. Za ki wanke ki shafe da kayan kamshi ki gasa shi a frying pan (abin tuyan kwai).

3. Hakanan hoto na biyu shi kuma zallar tsokar kifi ne, wanda turawa ke kira da fish fillet! Ana samunsa a manyan shagunan saida kayan abinci da namomi.

4. Idan ki ka sami fish fillet shima shafe shi za ki yi da kayan kamshi sannan a gasa yadda muka koyar a post dinmu na gashin tsokar sa!

5. Illa kawai banbanci zai zama naman sa zai fi naman kaza jimawa a wuta haka naman kaza zai fi tsokar kifi jimawa a wuta!

Misali:

Mu ce namar sa 20mins
Naman kaza 15mins
Tsokar kifi 10mins

Muna sa ran duk wacce ta gwada girkinmu za ta yi sharing hotunan girkin da mu, wannan shi zai bamu kwarin gwuiwar kawo muku girke-girke daban-daban a kullum. Muna godiya da kulawarku.
