  2. Kayan kamshi (habbatussauda, busashshiyar na’a-na’a, garin thyme, da maggi)
  3. Mai

Yadda ake hadawa

1. Ki dauko namanki tsoka zalla ki yanka fala fala kaman fefa. Kamar yadda za ku gani a hoton da ke zuwa a kasa.

2. Abu na gaba shi ne, ki kawo kayan kamshi da muka lissafa a samannan sai ki hade su a waje guda sannan ki sa mai ki cakuda.

3. Sai ki bi ki shafe wannan nama da ki ka ajiye a gefe da wannan hadin kayan kamshin. Ki tabbatar kin shafe nama sosai da kayan kamashinnan.

4. A daura abin tuyan kwainki a wuta wato frying pan sai ki sa mai kadan sannan ki dora naman a kai. Idan gefe daya ya yi sai ki juya dayan gefen.

5. Da namanki ya yi sai ki yanyanka shi a tsaye Kamar yatsu. Ga hoton yadda na yi nawa ku duba a kasa.

Wannan gashin tsokan sa ina amfani da shi a girke-girke daban-daban. Kin ga ni in na yi kalan gashin nan, nakan sa shi cikin salad, ko in sa cikin shinkafa, da taliya da sauransu! Abin ba a cewa komi, sai angwada!
