Na san da yawan mata na son koyon yadda ake saffara kifi ta hanyoyi daban daban. A dalilin haka yau mun kawo muku yadda ake gashin kifi karfasa (tilapia). Ku biyo mu domin ganin yadda ake wannan kayan armashin.

  1. Kifi danye
  2. Maggi
  3. Masoro
  4. Citta
  5. Kanumfari
  6. Tafarnuwa
  7. Albasa
  8. Koren tattasai
  9. Attarugu
  10. Mai
  11. Foil paper

Yadda ake hadawa

  1. Za ki daka dukkanin kayan kamshin da muka lissafa a sama tare da attargu asa maggi da mai a cakude su gaba daya. Sai a shafe jikin kifin da shi (bayan an wanke kifi an tsane shi ke nan)

  2. Sai a sa a foil paper a sa albasa da koriyar tattasai sannan sai nade a saka a oven a gasa kaman na kimanin mintuna ashirin.
  3. Kafin a cire abude foil din sannan a sake mai da shi cikin oven din a bude ya sake gasuwa na wasu mintuna kaman goma haka. Shike nan kifinki ya yi, a kwashe a hankali. A ci dadi lafiya!  

Wannan gashi na da kyau da dadi, sannan kuma kamar yadda kuka sani kifi abinci ne da ke da amfanin gaske ga dan adam. Ko ba komai ai za ku gwada, ga dadi ga amfani ga jiki!
