Ku koyi yadda ake crunchy Nigerian meat pie mai dadi ga kuma kyau. Meat pie din na da kyau zai bada cruncy pie mai ban saha’awa idan aka yi.

Abubuwan hadawa 

  1. Flour 500g
  2. Magirine (simas) 250g
  3. Egg one         
  4. Baking powder 2 teaspoon
  5. Salt pinch
  6. Nutmeg 1teaspoon

Fillings

  1. Nama 1/2kilo
  2. Dankalin turawa 250g
  3. Attaruhu
  4. Albasa
  5. Sinadarin dandano da sauran kayan kanshi wato spices 
  6. Carrots
  7. Oil (man gyada) 1tablespoon

Yadda ake hadawa 

  1. Da farko za ki fara hada fillings dinki ki sa man gyadanki cokali daya a tukunyarki mai tsafta ki wanke namanki ki markada shi tun yana danye.
  2. Sai ki sa shi a tukunya idan ya fara turara sai ki sa kayan kamshinki da sinadarin dandano ki cigaba da juyawa. Bayan yan mintuna zaki ga ya canza kala daga kalanshi na danyen nama. Sai ki kawo ruwanki dan daidai kar ya shanye kan naman na ki ki zuba.

Sai ki kawo butter dinki mai sanyi shima ki matseshi a cikin flour ki murza shi. Za ki ga yana murmushewa.
  3. Sai ki kawo ruwan kankararki. ki zuba kadan kada kina hade shi, baya bukatan kwabi da yawa hada shi za ki ringa yi.
