Ku koyi yadda ake vegetable fried rice cikin sauki kuma ba tare da bata lokaci ba. Wannan fried rice ne mai dadi da za iya na gama gari ko na baki.

Abubuwan hadawa

  1. Perboiled rice (tafasasshen shinkafa)
  2. Nama (ki dafa)
  3. Tarugu
  4. Karas
  5. Koren wake
  6. Masarar gwangwani
  7. Peas (na yi amfani da na gwangwani)
  8. Ruwan silalenki
  9. Nama
  10. Gishiri
  11. Albasa
  12. Maggi (iya danganta da irin dandano ki)
  13. Kayan kamshi (spices)
  14. Butter

Yadda ake hadawa

  1. Ki gyara karas na ki, ki cire dattin bayan, sai ki yanka shi, ki yanka koren wake. Sai ki sami baking powder ki sa akai ki kawo tafasashshe ruwan zafi ki sa a kai ki rufe nadan wani lokaci.
  2. Idan sun yi laushi sai ki cire a ciki ruwan, ki sake wanke su da ruwa mai kyau ki tsane su a matsami sai ki ajiye a gefe.
