Ga yadda ake fried bread mu koya ‘yanuwa, recipe ne mai sauki da kuma dadi cikin ‘yan lokaci kadan uwargida za ki hada wannan biredi.

Abubuwan hadawa

  1. Flour (fulawa) 3 cups
  2. Yeast 2 tsp
  3. Oil
  4. Gishishi kadan
  5. Ruwan dumi

Yadda ake hadawa

  1. Da farko ki sami kofi ki sa yeast naki a ciki, saiki sa sugar kadan (1tsp), sai kuma ki zuba ruwan dumi a ciki, sai ki rufe shi na dan wani lokaci. Za ki ga yayi kumfa (yin hakan shine zai sa ki gane yeast naki me kyau ne ko ya baci)
  2. Ki tankade flour na ki a kwano mai dan girma, sai ki zuba gishiri kadan a ciki ki gauraya, saiki sa man gyada ki murja, kana sai ki dauko yeast naki da kika jika ki zuba a ciki ki yi ta murza shi har sai ya hade jikansa. Idan kin ga ruwan yeast din bai isa ba to sai ki yayyafa ruwan dumi a kai (kwabin da za ki yi irin kwabin doughnut ko bread za k iyi).
  3. Sai ki rufe ki kai shi rana kamar na minti 40 don ya tashi.
  4. Bayan haka, sai ki dauko shi ki kara murza shi ki rufe, sannan sai ki sami rolling pin (abun murza flour) ko Ki samu kwalban lemun 7up na lemo, sai ki sa flour a kan teburi ko kuma tire sai ki murza  shi har sai yayi fale-fale, sai ki sami wani abu round kisa akan (flour da kika murza ta yi fale-fale) sai ki yanka da wuka.
  5. Yanzu sai ki daura mangyada akan wuta idan yayi zafi sai ki dauko flour na ki (wanda Kika yanka round) kisa a ciki ki soya sai ya soyu (golden brown).
  6. Daga karshe idan ya soyu sai ki cire shi a mai ko tsane shi. Za ki iyaci da miya ko sauce.
