Ga yadda ake faten couscous mu koya ‘yanuwa. Wannan recipe ne mai sauki, ga dadi ka kara lafiya. Uwargida kar ki bari a baki labari.

Abubuwan hadawa

  1. Couscous
  2. Alaiyaho da yakuwa (ki gyara ki yanka su ki wanke da gishiri )
  3. Albasa mai lawashi (ki yanka)
  4. Maggi (ya danganta da irin dandano ki)
  5. Tarugu (ki jajjaga)
  6. Albasa(ki yanka)
  7. Manja mai kyau (ki soya)
  8. Gyada miya zaki dakata (ba dole ba) 
  9. Dafaffafen nama ko kifi banda (ya danganta da irin wanda ki ke so)

Yanda ake hadawa

  1. Da farko ki gyara ganyen ki yanka shi. Sai ki yanka ganyen lawashi, sannan ki wanke da gishiri sai ki tsane shi a matsani.
  2. Ki sa tukunyanki akan wuta ki sa manja sai ki yanka albasa a ciki ki soya sama sama, sai ki dauko tarugu ki sa ki soya sama sama shima, sannan sai ki tsaida ruwa yanda zai isheki yin faten couscous naki. Ana so ya danyi ruwa ruwa (tunda fate aka ce).
  3. Sai ki kawo maggi, nama da kifi banda (dama kin gyara kifinki kin jika shi yayi laushi) da curry da kayan kamshi da gyada da gishiri ki sa daidai dandano da zai miki.
  4. Sai ki kawo ganye ki zuba a ciki ki barshi ya yi ta tafasa har ganyen ki da Kayan miyanki suyi laushi su nuna.
  5. Ki dauko couscous naki ki na zubawa ki na juyawa a hankali (yanda bazai yi gudaji ba) sai ki rufe tukunyanki na dan wani lokacin (amma ki na juyashi a hankali) har sai komai ya nuna sai ki sauke ki zuba a kwano ko plate. A ci dadi lafiya
