Danderun naman rago yana daya daga cikin hanyoyin sarrafa nama wanda ba kowa ya san da shi ba. Da yawa idan aka ambaci kalmar danderun ma sai sun tsaya tunanin ko mene ne shi. Ya samo asali ne daga jihar Borno. Yana da dadi da wuya wanda ya fara yin shi ya iya dainawa.
Abubuwan bukata:
1- 1kg naman rago (Za a iya amfani da cinyar rago guda wadda ba a yanka ba).
2- 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
3- 1 tablespoon maggi powder
4- 1 teaspoon salt
5- 1 tablespoon mixed spices (Na yi amfani da ginger powder, black pepper, all purpose).
6- 1/2 teaspoon paprika powder
7- 2 tablespoons oil
8- 1 large onion
9- 1 cup pepper mix
Yadda ake yi:
1- ki zuba naman a babban mixing bowl. Sai ki zuba garlic, seasoning and spices, oil, da kuma pepper mix

2- Sai ki zuba albasa a ciki. Then ki motsa sosai komai ya shiga cikin naman.

3- ki samu baking paper ki juye naman a kai. Bayan kin nannade sai ki dora a kan foil paper, ki kara nannadewa, ki kara wata foil paper din, sai kin yi mayi akalla biyar ko shida, yadda dai ruwa ba zai iya shiga ciki ba.

4- Then ki dauka ki saka a cikin pressure pot, bayan kin zuba mata ruwa. Ki dora a wuta ki bar shi ya dahu na tsawon awa biyu zuwa uku. Sai ya dahu tubus dai ake son shi.
