Mu koyi yadda ake egg roll shawarma cikin sauki, abubuwan hadawa guda sha biyu, matakai guda goma takwas.

Abubuwan hadawa

  1. Kwai
  2. Shawarma bread
  3. Naman shanu Ko kaza (dafaffafe, ki yanka kanana)
  4. Tarugu
  5. Albasa
  6. Maggi
  7. Kabeji (ki yanka ki wanke da gishiri)
  8. Tumatur
  9. Tomato ketchup
  10. Koren tattasai
  11. Cucumber
  12. Karas (carrot)

Yadda ake hadawa

  1. Ki gyara, ki wanke sai ki yanka su carrot na ki, kabeji, albasa ajiye a gefe.
  2. Ki sa non stick pan na ki akan wuta ki sa butter kadan (cokali daya), sai ki sa yanka albasa ki dan soya sama sama, ki sa tarugu ki juya , sai ki sa ruwa kamar (cokali biyu).
  3. Sai ki kawo namanki tare da kayan kamshi, maggi (iya dandano da zai mi ki) sai ki juya ki rufe nadan wani lokaci sai ki kawo kabejin, cucumber da ki ka yanka ki sa a ciki ki juya ki rufe nadan wani lokaci har sai ruwan ya shanye ki sauke ki ajiye a gefe.
  4. Ki dauko wani kwano daban ki fasa kwanki a ciki sai ki sa gishiri kadan, ki yanka albasa ki yanka tarugu ki sa a ciki sai ki buga ajiye a gefe.
