Kamoniya ya samo asali ne daga wuraren Bare-bari da wasu yankunan na Arewacin Nigeria. Ana iya amfani da tsokar sa ko ta rago, ko kuma ta kayan ciki. Ku biyo ni domin ganin yadda ake yin shi.

Abubuwan bukata:

1- 1kg offals (‘yan ciki)

2- 2 spoonfuls pepper mix

3- 1 onion

4- 3 tablespoons oil

5- 1 tablespoon spices of your choice.

6- 1 tablespoon ginger and garlic paste

7- 1/2 sachet dahir curry

8- 1/2 sachet multipurpose seasoning

9- 1/2 sachet nutmeg powder

10- 1 tablespoon maggi powder

11- 1/2 teaspoon salt

Yadda ake yi:

1- ki wanke nama tas, ki zuba dandano da gishiri, sai ki zuba multipurpose, curry, and nutmeg.

2- sai ki zuba ginger and garlic paste, mixed spices, parsley, and bay leaves.

Kamoniya 1

3- ki zuba jajjagen kayan miya wanda kika yi da albasa.

4- Sai ki zuba ruwa wanda zai iya dafa naman. Ki rufe ki bari ya dahu tubus.

Kamoniya 2

5- idan ruwan ya taotse ya rage saura kadan. Sai ki kawo mai ki zuba ki bar shi a bude.

Kamoniya 3

6- Idan ya fara futar da mai ya kama jikinsa, shi ke nan sai ki sauke.

Kamoniya 4

7- A yi serving da zafinsa.

Kamoniya 5
