Croissant ya samo asali ne daga Faransa. Wani snack dinsu ne wanda suk mayar da shi na al’adarsu, tamkar dai a ce gurasa ga Bakano. Yana da dadi sosai.

Ingredients

1- 2 cups flour

2- 1 egg

3- 1 tablespoon yeast

4- 1/2 teaspoon salt

5- 2 tablespoons sugar

6- 1/4 cup vegetable oil

7- 125g butter

8- 1/2 cup liquid milk

Yadda ake yi:

1- Ga jerin abubuwan da muke da bukata

5- Sai ki raba shi gida takwas. Sannan ki yi moulding din kowanne

6- sannan ki yi flattening. Ki dora a kan tray ki shafe shi da butter. Ki sake flattening wani ki dora a kan wancan shi ma ki shafe da butter. Haka za ki yi har sai kin yi duka guda takwas din. Ana so duka su zama equal sizes

7- Daga nan sai ki rufe shi ki kai a fridge ya yi minti arba’in zuwa awa daya

8- Ga shi nan bayan kimanin awa daya

9- Sai ki barbade shi da flour ki dora a kan working surface ki yi flattening dinsa da fadi sosai

10- Sai ki yanka shi kamar haka

11- Sannan ki nannada shi. Ki ba shi minti talatin har sai ya zama double size dinsa

12- Ga shi nan ya tashi. Sai ki shafa kwai a sama saboda ya yi golden brown din da ake so.
