Ku koyi yadda akemiyar kwai da dankali kyau da nagarta. Wannan recipe ne mai sauki da kuma dadi cikin ‘yan mituna za a hada komai.

Abubuwan hadawa

  1. Dankali (dafaffe kuma yankakke)
  2. Kwai
  3. Tarugu
  4. Tomato
  5. Butter
  6. Kayan qamshi
  7. Maggi (ya danganta da irin dandano da ki ke so)
  8. Curry
  9. Albasa lawashi

Yadda ake hadawa

  1. Kin gyara tarugu, tomatoes da albasa, ki wanke ki yanka su kanana, sai ki yanka lawashinki, sannan ki dauki wani kwano ki fasa kwanki a ciki ki ajiye a gefe.
  2. Ki sa butter da mangyada a kan wuta, sai ki yanka albasa a ciki ki soya sama sama, sannan sai ki kawo kayan miyanki kisa a ciki ki soya sama sama shima, saiki dauko maggi (daidai dandano) da kayan kamshi da su curry duk ki sa sai ki sa ruwa kadan aciki ki rufe tukunyarki na dan wani lokacin.
  3. Bayan dan wani lokaci sai ki kawo kwanki kisa aciki ki rufe tukunyar (amma ki na budewa ki na juyawa a hankali), sai kuma ki kawo dafaffafen dankalinki kisa aciki tare da lawashi, sai ki kara juya ki rufe su dan turara, sai ki sauke.

Ana iya ci da taliya, macaroni, dafaffafen doya da dai sauransu. Aci dadi lafiya.
