Miyan gyadan miya ce da ake yin ta da gyada, sau dayawa tare da wadansu hade-haden ko sinadarai. Miyan gyada shahararren abinci ne kuma babban abincin Afrika na yamma , kuma ana ci a Gabashin Asiya irin su Taiwan, Amurka irin su Virginia da sauran yankunan duniya. Gyada na kare mutum daga kamuwa da cutar bugawan zuciya sannan kuma yana dauke da sinadiran vitamin B3 da ke taimakawa wajen hana mutum mantuwa. Procedure

Miyan gyada bata da wahalan hada wa ko kadan, zaki iya hada shi a cikin lokaci dan kankani ga kuma tarin amfani da take dashi a jikin dan adam.
