Dambun acca wani nau’in abinci ne na gargajiya da ake samu a arewacin Najeriya, musamman a cikin al’ummar Hausawa. Ana yin sa ne da acca (nama da aka busar ko aka dafa ko aka murƙushe), tare da kayan haɗi kamar su albasa, barkono, man gyada, da kayan ƙamshi. Abinci ne mai daɗi da gina jiki, wanda ake ci a lokuta daban-daban kamar bukukuwa ko lokacin liyafa.

Bugu da kari, dambun acca wato ”fonio” da turanci, yana ɗauke da sinadarai masu amfani ga jiki. Nama na samar da sinadarin gina jiki (protein) wanda ke taimakawa wajen gina tsoka da gyaran ƙwayoyin jiki. Haka kuma, yana ƙunshe da bitamin da ma’adanai kamar ƙarfe (iron) wanda ke taimakawa wajen ƙara jini da ƙarfafa jiki.   3. Sai a cakuda gaba daya harda accar a zuba mai, da maggi sannan da gishiri.
