- farfalle pasta uncooked pasta
- 2 cups tzatziki (optional)
- 1 tbsp oregano
- salt & pepper
- 15ml olive oil
- 1 sliced red onion
- 1 cup chopped cucumber
- 1/2 chopped red pepper
- 2 cups lamb shoulder pulled lamb shoulder
- 12 kalamata olives
- fresh dill
- fresh mint
- Crumbled feta to taste
Procedure

- Add the pasta to a sauce pan of boiling water and simmer for 6-8 minutes until tender. Then rinse under cold water and drain.
- Add the cooked pasta to a large mixing bowl, then add the oregano, salt, pepper, olive oil, red onions, red pepper, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, pulled lamb and Kalamata olives.
- Mix thoroughly before topping with dill, mint and crumbled feta, then serve.
