Chicken noodle soup is made from chicken ,simmered in water, usually with various other ingredients. The classic chicken soup consists of a clear chicken broth, often with pieces of chicken or vegetables; common additions are pasta, noodles, dumplings, carrots, potatoes, or grains such as rice and barley. Chicken noodle soup is considered a comfort food. It is one of the easiest soups to make as the ingredients are simple and inexpensive. It’s amazing how this recipe is so easy, you can even make it tonight!

Ingredients

  • 500g chicken breast
  • olive oil
  • 1 litre of water
  • 2 tbsp of corn flour
  • bouillon pepper
  • 1/2 cup of chopped clery
  • 1 cup of sweet corn
  • 1tsp of garlic
  • 1tsp of sugar
  • 1 cup of onion
  • 1tsp of whole cloves
  • 1 pack of noodles

Procedure

  1. To make this amazing chicken noodle soup, put oil in pan
  2. Add garlic and fry till fragrant.
  3. Add chopped onions
  4. Stir fry until onions are trenslucent
  5. Add the chicken and stir fry for 5 minutes
  6. Add chopped celery seasoning, salt bouillon powder and sugar
  7. Add cloves, onion powder, powder complete seasoning
  8. Add water and cook or medium high for 5minutes
  9. Make slurry with corn flour and water. Add to the soup and allow to cook for 2 minutes till it thickens.
  10. Turn off heat and serve hot garnished with lime wedges and parsley
