Ingredients
- 600g peeled potato
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 5 tbsp flour
- 60g mozarella
- 30g chorizo
- 5ml olive oil
Procedure
To assemble this cozy, crispy and comforting cheesy potato recipe, follow the steps below;
- Peel and boil potatoes until soft, then drain and mash.
- Add the butter and flour and mix with a fork, then use your hands to mix as well until smooth and then form a large ball with your hands.
- Lay out a sheet of cling film, then drizzle the olive oil over it.
- Add the potato ball to the cling film and press to make a large circle.
- Use the cling film to roll up the potato on all four sides, pressing down and sealing any gaps.
- Air fry at 240 degrees for 7-8 minutes each side, using a spatula to turn halfway.
