Caramelized chai is not your regular chai ; with it’s spice blend inspired by masala chai but with a twist. This caramelized chai is creamy, spicy and aromatic with layers of flavor and perfectly sweet for the whole family to enjoy.
Ingredients
- Sugar(to taste)
- 3-4 cups whole milk
- 1 Cinnamon stick
- 2 regular tea bags
- 15 cloves
- Diced ginger chunks
- 20 pods cardamon
Procedure
To make this caramelized chai with a harmonious blend of robust spices and caramel notes, follow the steps below.
- In a pot go in with your sugar and allow to caramalize until golden brown.
- Go in with your whole milk
- Into the milk, add your cinnamon stick, tea bags, cloves, ginger and cardamon pods.
- Allow to simmer for 15-20mins ,sieve and serve hot.
