Caramelized chai is not your regular chai ; with it’s spice blend inspired by masala chai but with a twist. This caramelized chai is creamy, spicy and aromatic with layers of flavor and perfectly sweet for the whole family to enjoy.

Ingredients

  • Sugar(to taste)
  • 3-4 cups whole milk
  • 1 Cinnamon stick
  • 2 regular tea bags
  • 15 cloves
  • Diced ginger chunks
  • 20 pods cardamon

Procedure

To make this caramelized chai with a harmonious blend of robust spices and caramel notes, follow the steps below.

  • In a pot go in with your sugar and allow to caramalize until golden brown.
  • Go in with your whole milk
  • Into the milk, add your cinnamon stick, tea bags, cloves, ginger and cardamon pods.
  • Allow to simmer for 15-20mins ,sieve and serve hot.
