  • Apple slices

Procedure

To make this super refreshing, lightly sweet, and tangy apple lemon fizz drink, follow the steps below.

  • Prepare the base: Take a tall serving glass or any kind of serving cup and add a generous amount of ice cubes. The ice keeps the drink cold and enhances the refreshing effect.
  • Add apple juice: Pour 1 cup of chilled apple juice over the ice. Using chilled juice helps maintain the fizz later.
  • Add fresh lemon juice: Squeeze fresh lemon juice with a manual lemon squeezer(about 2 tablespoons) directly into the glass. Fresh lemon juice gives the best flavor compared to bottled versions.
  • Sweeten the juice: If you prefer a sweeter drink, add 1–2 teaspoons of honey or sugar. Stir well until completely dissolved. This step is optional.
  • Add the fizz: Slowly pour chilled soda water or sparkling water into the glass. Pour gently to preserve the bubbles(there’s something about the sight of a bubbly process and the sound it makes)
  • Stir lightly just once or twice. Over-stirring can reduce the fizz and we don’t want that.
