Omelet or Omelette is French, from a root meaning “thin” small plate, a reference to an omelette’s flat shape. Historians have since traced the omelette back to ancient Persia, where cooks made savoury dishes using beaten eggs. Omelet is a dish made from eggs, fried with butter or oil in a frying pan. It is common practice for an omelet to include fillings such as vegetables, meat, cheese, onions, sausages, potatoes or onions. With this easy omelet recipe, anyone can make the perfect omelet at home filled with just about anything you like, in less then 10 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 5 eggs 
  • 2 sausages 
  • 1 medium onion 
  • 2 big tomatoes 
  • 2 green pepper 
  • 3 boiled potatoes 
  • Mozarella cheese 
  • Oil or butter
  • Seasoning 

Procedure

  • Break eggs in a bowl and whisk .
  • Heat a non stick pan the smallest with little oil, add the potatoes then break the eggs in a bowl and whisk lightly. Pour it gently on the potatoes be careful not to break the potatoes ,this should be done on low heat.
  • Then cook on low heat for 2 minutes and take it off the heat .
  • Arrange veggies and cheese, bake in the oven for ten minutes or until cheese is bubbly
